We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com. Once your return is accepted, we will advise you of the best way to return your item to us, shipping costs cannot be covered for returns, unless the item is received damaged or the wrong item was shipped by us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will in this instance make every attempt to resolve the situation to your complete satisfaction.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for special order or, custom made products and would ask that you ensure you have ordered the correct items before completing your sale.
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, Once approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
